Join the A38 and head south for
3 miles.
Join the A380 and head south for 17 miles. Follow signs for Torquay.
Join the A3202 for 2.9 miles. Follow signs for Dartmouth.
Join the A379 for 1 mile.
Join the A3205 for 3 miles and follow signs for "Lower Ferry"
On entering Kingswear you will find Higher Contour Road on the left going uphill - 3 The Pines is 150 yards up here on the right hand side
